Returns & Exchanges

At MVP Pro Shop, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
